Did you do something silly and buy yourself a 240 FPS monitor or even sillier and buy two? Well, PCMasterRace, we did because we wanted to see how Parsec would perform under extreme conditions and high frame rates. As a company, it’s our top priority to build the best performing, low latency, high frame rate game streaming software. We’ve done lots of tests against other products in the space, and we’re determined to lead the way on performance. That’s why we chose to go with low-level code and build our own networking protocol to deliver on the of virtual couch gaming and online co-play, game streaming, and cloud gaming.
Here’s a detailed description of the test setup if you’re interested. There will be another video shortly that goes over the test set up in more detail.
